Enter the 4-digit code shown in Settings → Avatar → Create my avatar.
Use bright, even lighting. Keep your whole head and neck visible, eyes open and mouth relaxed. Remove glasses and hats. A plain background works best. Keep the same hair and expression in both views.
Review them and confirm Generate in your headset. Uploading alone does not spend credits.
